Someone from our office will contact you regarding details of your position.

This Document will be a formal legal written description of your thoughts or ideas about how to resolve your conflict. It will also include all issues that need to be discussed.

If both Parents agree this document may be filed at your district court.

A child custody parenting plan document may be produced if:

1. One parent requests a child custody plan without the other parent’s participation or input.

2. Such a document will be designed for the purposes of discussion and clarification of one parent’s position to be shared with the other party or with legal counsel.

3. In some cases one parent must do all the work to get an agreement in writing that the other parent will just sign.

4. This may be due to a parent incapacity (Illness/disability).

5. or the other parent is living in another city, state or country.

6. A parent leaving the city, state or country and not returning.

7. A lack of willingness of one parent to cooperate.

To make sure your agreement will be enforced by a Judge, it needs:

1. To be signed both parents

2. To be signed by your attorney (if you have one)

3. To be signed by the Judge

4. To be filed with the Courts
